S3 students participated in a “Leadership Training Camp” at the Po Leung Kuk Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp. During the program, they experienced exciting activities such as the Flying Carpet Challenge, Wooden Tower Challenge, Cliff Crossing, and Horizontal Array. In these activities, students were required to find the best solutions within limited resources and time. They also learned to overcome fear and build confidence when facing high-altitude or difficult tasks. Furthermore, students worked in teams, dividing tasks, assisting each other, and communicating effectively, while never giving up when encountering difficulties. These activities not only enhanced their leadership skills but also strengthened team spirit and resilience, allowing them to build deep friendships through challenges and laying a solid foundation for their future leadership journey.
